Wheat flour is the flour obtained by grinding the wheat grain after it is first separated from foreign materials, then cleaned and finally brought to a certain humidity. The efficiency or purity of the flour is adjusted by separating the part of the wheat, such as bran and razmol, from the husk and close to the husk, by sieving it. Wheat flour is very common in Turkish nutrition culture and has an important place. It is used in industrial food production as well as foods specific to Turkish nutrition culture such as bread, börek and simit. Cakes, bread, cookies and pizza are made from wheat flour.
